City of Yokohama and CITYNET Yokohama Project Office are organizing a session during the UN World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (WCDRR) to be held in Sendai on March 15, 2015.
The session titled “Strengthening Resilience Through Local Governments and Stakeholders Partnerships in Asia Pacific” will include two parts. The first part will feature Community Based Adaptation and Resiliency Against Disasters (CBARAD) Project which has been conducted in Philippines and its achievements. The second part will showcase partnerships by local governments and organisations to strengthen disaster resiliency.
