As climate change is worsening throughout the world, not only disasters are happening more frequently but we are now faced with new threats.

Talks have begun on how to respond not only to large-scale disasters but also to regular disasters such as floods in developing countries. Such as Japan, regional disaster prevention strategies have been forced to change due to aging fire brigades and voluntary disaster prevention organizations.
