It is important to build up community-relationship at ordinary times for Disaster Risk Reduction. Some DRR practitioners will introduce their good practices especially from developing countries and part of Japan where heavily hit by Tsunami in March 2011. Participants will exchange their thoughts and experiences regarding DRR, and discuss about what they can do in their own field.
